How long have you been with the Archant?
I started working for Archant June 2005.
What attracted you to join?
The job sounded interesting and challenging.
What is like to work here?
It is a great atmosphere working here, and there are also days (Mondays and Tuesdays) when it is very busy and hectic due to the deadlines.
How would you describe a typical day?
I have recently been promoted into a new role as a Field Sales Consultant. In this role I visit customers to advise customers on the most effective advertising for their product or service. I also deliver the papers to customers and discuss the response that they have had. My day involves a lot of customer service.
What is the best part about your job?
I am really enjoying the customer service side of the role and meeting the people that I talk to over the phone.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
The most challenging part of the job is getting the copy ready in time for deadline and hitting targets given.
